Any item that has been broadcast or distributed online during the 12 months ending on the 30 March 2010 will be eligible.

A web site showing the item in its published context is preferred, but not essential.

A digital copy can be provided instead and may take the form of a a video file of a programme. Any video files must be uploaded as a Windows Movie or in Quicktime format (.mov .movie .qt & .wmv). The maximum file size is 100 Mb. Please ensure the filename contains only letters and numbers i.e. no . , ; - or other punctuation please.

If it is a web-based item, a URL is required.
